H. Requests About Listings. When you ask us to correct, remove, claim or manage a listing, or to correct details about a person named on one, we collect your name, title, work email, phone number, the type of request and any notes you add.

A. Service emails. We send emails needed to run your account and any services you use, such as account notices, receipts, renewal reminders and responses to your requests. You receive them for as long as you have an account.
B. Recommendation emails. Emails with new content matched to your interests are off unless you turn them on. You can change how often you get them, or turn them off, in your account settings or with the unsubscribe link in any of these emails.
C. TopCloserR updates. We may occasionally email members about TopCloserR, such as new features, plans and offers. Every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Unsubscribing from recommendation emails or updates does not stop service emails. We keep a record of the emails we send you, as described in Section 10.

A. People a business refers to us. When a business on TopCloserR refers another company, it gives us the name and work email of a person at that company, along with the name that person knows the referring business by. We use these details only to send that person one invitation and one reminder about TopCloserR, to answer them if they reply, to follow up personally if they start signing up but don't finish, and to keep a record of the referral in our systems, including the tool we use to manage customer conversations. Service providers that send our email and store our contacts handle these details for us. Before we send, we check that the person hasn't opted out of our emails, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. If the person asks us to stop emailing them, we stop all marketing email from TopCloserR to that address. If they ask us to delete their details, we do it right away, keeping only their email address on our do-not-email list so we never contact them again. If the referral ends without their company subscribing, we delete their name and email from every system 12 months later; the record that a referral happened stays, without their details. If their company subscribes, their details become part of that company's account. We don't sell these details or use them for anything else.
B. Referrals between businesses. When a business refers a company to TopCloserR, we may confirm to that business whether the company is already a TopCloserR customer. After the company subscribes, we may also tell that business whether a conversation with our team was already under way and when it began. We share nothing else about the company's account, including its price or plan.
We use the details you give with a request about a listing (Section 1.H) to handle that request, to verify that you can act for the company, and to keep a record of it. Service providers that store our contacts and manage customer conversations handle these details for us. We contact you about anything other than your own request only if you agreed to it on the form; agreeing is never required to send a request. Corrections and removals are free and never depend on a purchase.
Business profiles may name company leaders, using information from public sources. If you are named, you can ask us to correct your details or remove your name or link through the Contact Us page. We respond within 2 business days and complete corrections and removals within 10 business days.

We never tell a business which members save, follow or view its content. A business may receive totals that do not identify any member.
