Terms of Use

TopCloserR.com · Effective date: October 30, 2026 · Last updated: October 30, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TopCloserR.com and its related websites and services (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by Top Closer Revenue LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("TopCloserR," "we," "us" or "our").

Section 19 contains an arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved. Please read it.

1. Agreement to these Terms

By using the Platform, creating an account or buying a service from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.

If you accept these Terms for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. "You" then means both you and that company.

2. What TopCloserR is, and what it is not

TopCloserR is a curated directory and content platform for sales professionals and revenue teams. It brings together information on:

  • Businesses and vendors that serve sales teams
  • Jobs in sales and revenue roles
  • Events, including conferences, webinars and workshops
  • Products and services, including tools, coaching and training
  • News about the sales industry

Most listings link to their original source. When you apply for a job, register for an event, buy a product or read a full article, you leave TopCloserR and deal directly with that third party (see Section 9).

TopCloserR is not an employer, recruiter, staffing agency, event organizer, seller or reseller of third-party products, or a party to any transaction between you and a third party. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, vendor performance, event quality or business results.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use the Platform if you have been barred from it, or if using it would break the law where you are.

4. Accounts

You can browse most of the Platform without an account. Some features need one.

  • Member accounts are for individuals and give access to additional features (see Section 4A).
  • Business accounts let an authorized representative of a company manage that company's relationship with TopCloserR. We decide whether and when to create a business account.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your sign-in credentials secure and not sharing your account
  • Everything done through your account
  • Keeping your account information accurate

Tell us promptly through the Contact page if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4A. Member features

4A.1 Access. Some features are available only to signed-in members. We may ask visitors to create a free account to keep using the Platform, and we may ask members to verify their email address before using some features. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

4A.2 Personalization. We may use information you give us and your activity on the Platform to personalize what you see, including recommendations. Personalized content is a suggestion, not an endorsement, and may include paid placement (Section 6).

4A.3 Your activity. We do not share your activity on the Platform with the businesses involved in a way that identifies you. We may share totals that do not identify you. The Privacy Policy explains how we use this information.

4A.4 Deactivating. You can deactivate your account at any time. To ask us to delete your data, see Section 14.

5. Content TopCloserR publishes about businesses, people and offerings

5.1 Curated listings. TopCloserR creates and publishes listings about businesses, jobs, events, products, services and news, including companies that have not signed up. We build these listings from public sources such as company websites, press releases and public profiles. We may use automated tools to help prepare them. Every listing is reviewed by TopCloserR before it is published.

5.2 Editorial commentary. Some listings include commentary written by TopCloserR. It is our opinion, offered for sales professionals. It is not a statement of fact by or about the listed business, and it is not an endorsement.

5.3 Names, logos and trademarks. Company names, logos and trademarks on the Platform belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the business a listing describes. Their use does not mean the owner is affiliated with or endorses TopCloserR, or that we endorse them.

5.4 Accuracy. We work to keep listings accurate, but information changes and our sources can be wrong. Listings are provided for general information only. Check important details, such as pay, prices, dates and company facts, with the original source before you rely on them.

5.5 Corrections and removal. If you represent a business or person named on the Platform and something is wrong, or you want a listing removed, use the request option on that listing or the Contact page. We review every request and decide on it at our discretion. We aim to respond within 10 business days.

5.6 No endorsement. Including a business, job, event, product or article on the Platform is not an endorsement or a guarantee of its quality, legality or suitability.

6. Paid listings and placement

Businesses can pay TopCloserR for services. Paid services may affect where, how and how often a business's content appears on the Platform. Placement is not a ranking of quality and not an endorsement.

Paying TopCloserR never buys editorial commentary or opinion.

7. Business Services and subscriptions

7.1 Scope. TopCloserR offers paid services to businesses ("Business Services"). What each service includes is described in the offer, invoice or order you accept when you buy (your "Order"). If your Order and these Terms conflict, the Order controls for that purchase.

7.2 Term and automatic renewal. Some Business Services are sold as subscriptions. Unless your Order says otherwise, a subscription starts on the date you pay and runs for one year. Your subscription renews automatically for another term of the same length at the end of each term, and we charge the payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will email the billing contact a reminder at least 30 days before each renewal. The reminder states the renewal date and price.

7.3 Renewal price. Your renewal price is the price in your Order. If your Order includes a promotional or negotiated price, that price applies at renewal as your Order states. If we change the price for a renewal not covered by such a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before the renewal date.

7.4 Cancelling. You can cancel renewal at any time in your business account or by asking us through the Contact page. When you cancel:

  • Your service continues until the end of the year you have already paid for.
  • No partial refund is given for the rest of that year.
  • Your subscription does not renew.
  • Any promotional or negotiated price ends. If you subscribe again later, our then-current price applies.

7.5 Offers and promotions. An offer is available only to the company it was made to, and only until the date shown on the offer. It cannot be transferred, shared or combined with another offer unless we agree in writing. Promotions and credits are governed by the terms stated with them.

7.6 Later features. Features or services that TopCloserR adds after your purchase may be priced separately. They are not included in your subscription unless we say so.

7.7 Your content inside Business Services. You confirm that any information, logos or materials you give us for your listing are accurate and that you have the right to let us use them. You give TopCloserR the license described in Section 10.2 for those materials.

7.8 Editorial control. TopCloserR decides what is published and how. We may edit, decline or remove material, including for accuracy, quality or legal reasons. Paying for a Business Service does not entitle you to control editorial content.

7A. Paid memberships

7A.1 Scope. Members may buy a paid membership plan that adds features to their account. What a plan includes, its price and its renewal terms are shown before you pay. That offer is your Order for the plan.

7A.2 Yearly term and automatic renewal. Paid memberships are billed yearly. Your plan renews automatically each year at the price in your Order, charged to your payment method on file, until you cancel. Before each renewal, we will email you a reminder with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel. The reminder arrives at least 15 and no more than 45 days before the renewal date.

7A.3 Cancelling. You can cancel renewal online at any time in your account settings. You keep your paid features until the end of the year you paid for, and your plan does not renew.

7A.4 No refunds. Paid membership fees are non-refundable, including for any part of a year you don't use. We will correct duplicate charges and charges made in error, and we will give a refund where the law requires one.

7A.5 Price changes. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before the new price takes effect at your next renewal, within the notice period the law requires. You can cancel before then.

7A.6 When a plan ends. When your plan ends, your account returns to free features. Settings that need a paid plan return to their free options.

8. Payments, refunds and chargebacks

8.1 Payment processing. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. By paying, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method for the amounts in your Order and for each renewal under Sections 7.2 and 7A.2. TopCloserR does not store full card numbers.

8.2 Taxes. Prices do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any sales, use or similar taxes that apply.

8.3 Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we will tell you and give you at least 14 days to update your payment method. If payment is not made by then, we may pause or end the service.

8.4 Refunds. Paid membership refunds are governed by Section 7A.4. All other fees are non-refundable except:

  • Duplicate charges
  • Charges made in error
  • Where the law requires a refund
  • Where TopCloserR materially fails to provide the service you paid for and does not fix it within 30 days of your written notice through the Contact page. In that case, we will refund the unused part of the fees you paid for that service.

8.5 Chargebacks. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank, so we can try to fix it. If you file a chargeback for a valid charge, we may suspend your Business Services while the dispute is open and may respond to it with records of your purchase and acceptance of these Terms.

9. Third-party sites, listings and transactions

Jobs, events, products, services and news on the Platform usually link to sites run by others. When you follow those links, the other site's terms and privacy policy apply.

  • Jobs. You apply on the employer's site. TopCloserR does not receive or review applications. Pay and job details are shown as the source states them.
  • Events. You register and pay on the organizer's site. Cancellations, changes and refunds are between you and the organizer.
  • Products and services. You buy from the vendor. The vendor is responsible for its product, pricing, delivery and refunds.
  • News. Summaries on TopCloserR point to the original publisher, which owns the full article.

TopCloserR is not responsible for third-party sites, content, products, services or transactions.

10. Content you submit

10.1 Your responsibility. You are responsible for anything you submit to the Platform, including your interests and other account details, claim and correction requests, and materials for Business Services ("Your Content"). You confirm that you own Your Content or have permission to use it, and that it does not violate anyone's rights or the law.

10.2 License to TopCloserR. You keep ownership of Your Content. You give TopCloserR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, display, adapt (for example, resizing or formatting) and distribute Your Content to operate, show and promote the Platform. This license ends when Your Content is removed from the Platform, except for copies kept in backups or records for a reasonable period, or as the law requires.

10.3 Removal. We may remove or decline any of Your Content at our discretion, including content that breaks these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading or deceptive content, or impersonate a person or company
  • Submit a claim, correction or removal request for a business or person you are not authorized to represent
  • Upload content that infringes someone else's rights, or that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit or violent
  • Scrape, crawl or harvest data from the Platform, or use bots or automated tools to access it, without our written permission
  • Copy, republish or resell Platform content or listings in bulk, including to build a competing directory or dataset
  • Probe, overload or interfere with the Platform, or get around its security or access controls
  • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited promotions
  • Break any law or help anyone else break these Terms

We may investigate suspected violations and take action under Section 18.

12. Intellectual property and copyright complaints

12.1 Our property. The Platform, its design and software, the TopCloserR name and logo, and content we create (including listings, summaries and commentary) are owned by TopCloserR or its licensors. Apart from normal personal and business use of the Platform, you may not copy, change or distribute them without our written permission.

12.2 Copyright complaints. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). To report content you believe infringes your copyright, send our designated agent a notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. A description of the copyrighted work
  3. The location on the Platform of the material you believe infringes (for example, the URL)
  4. Your name, address, phone number and email address
  5. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner

Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Top Closer Revenue LLC, 8735 Dunwoody Place #12932, Atlanta, GA 30350, or through the Contact page.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same agent as the DMCA allows. We will end, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.

For trademark concerns, or for errors in a listing about your business, use Section 5.5.

13. Communications

13.1 Service emails. We send emails needed to run your account and any services you use, such as account notices, receipts, renewal reminders and responses to your requests. These are part of the service, and you will receive them for as long as you have an account.

13.2 Recommendation emails. If you turn them on, we send emails with new jobs, events, products, news and other content that matches your interests (Section 4A.2). They are off unless you choose them. You can change how often you get them, or turn them off, in your account settings or with the unsubscribe link in any of these emails.

13.3 TopCloserR updates. We may occasionally email members about TopCloserR, such as new features, plans and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any of these emails.

Unsubscribing from recommendation emails or updates does not stop service emails under Section 13.1.

13.4 Text messages. If we offer text messages and you opt in, we may send account notices and updates by SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

13.5 Business outreach. TopCloserR may contact businesses listed on the Platform about their listings and our Business Services. A business can ask us to stop at any time through the Contact page.

14. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share personal information. To make a privacy request, such as asking us to delete your data, use the Contact page.

15. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, TOPCLOSERR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that listings are complete or current, or that any Business Service will produce leads, hires, sales or other results.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS:

  • TOPCLOSERR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THEY WERE POSSIBLE.
  • TOPCLOSERR'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TOPCLOSERR IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) US $100.

These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

17. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless TopCloserR and its members, officers and contractors from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your Content
  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any law or of anyone else's rights

18. Suspension, termination and closing your account

18.1 Our actions. If you break these Terms, or if we reasonably believe your use harms the Platform, its users or TopCloserR, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close your account. Where practical, we will tell you what we did and why. You can ask us to review the decision through the Contact page.

18.2 Closing your account. You can deactivate your member account at any time (Section 4A.4), or ask us to close it through the Contact page. Closing a business account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel renewal under Section 7.4.

18.3 Business Services after termination. If we end a Business Service because you broke these Terms, no refund is due. If we end it for any other reason, we will refund the unused part of the fees you paid for it.

18.4 What survives. Sections 5, 8.4–8.5, 10.2, 12 and 15–22 continue after your account closes or these Terms end.

19. Dispute resolution, arbitration and class-action waiver

19.1 Talk to us first. Before starting any formal claim, send us a written description of the dispute and what you want, through the Contact page or by mail to the address in Section 23. We will do the same if we have a claim against you.

19.2 Informal resolution period. Both sides will try in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days after the notice is received. Neither side may start arbitration or a lawsuit during that time, except to stop an urgent harm under Section 19.6.

19.3 Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, you and TopCloserR agree that it will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules in effect at the time. Consumer Arbitration Rules apply to individuals; Commercial Arbitration Rules apply to businesses. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section. The arbitrator decides all issues, except that a court decides questions about Section 19.4. The arbitration will take place by video or in Fulton County, Georgia, unless the parties agree otherwise. Fees are paid as the AAA rules provide.

19.4 Class-action and jury waiver. You and TopCloserR may bring claims against each other only individually, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative action. The arbitrator may not combine claims of different people. You and TopCloserR waive any right to a jury trial. If this Section 19.4 is found unenforceable for a claim, that claim goes to court under Section 20, and not to arbitration.

19.5 Mass filings. If 25 or more similar demands for arbitration are filed against TopCloserR by or with help from the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA will administer them in batches of up to 25, with one arbitrator per batch, and the remaining demands will be held until earlier batches are decided. Both sides will try in good faith to settle the remaining claims based on the results.

19.6 Exceptions. Either side may (a) bring an individual claim in small-claims court if it qualifies, or (b) ask a court for an injunction to stop infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the Platform.

19.7 Opting out. You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days after you first accept these Terms. Send a notice through the Contact page with your name, email address and a clear statement that you are opting out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect the rest of these Terms.

20. Governing law and venue

The laws of the State of Georgia govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs Section 19. Any dispute that is not arbitrated will be decided only in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you and TopCloserR consent to those courts' jurisdiction.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will also give at least 30 days' notice by email or on the Platform before they take effect. Changes do not apply to disputes already notified under Section 19.1.

For an active Business Service or paid membership, material changes take effect at your next renewal, unless the change is required by law or you agree sooner. If you don't agree with a change, stop using the Platform and, for subscriptions, cancel renewal before it takes effect.

22. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms, the Privacy Policy and any Order are the entire agreement between you and TopCloserR about the Platform.
  • Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
  • No waiver. If we don't enforce a provision, that doesn't waive our right to do so later.
  • Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • Events beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as outages, natural disasters or actions of service providers.
  • Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account. You send notices through the Contact page or by mail to the address in Section 23.
  • Independent parties. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment or agency relationship.
